1Bet Casino Review 2026

Our Verdict on 1Bet
1Bet is a large, long-running casino-and-sportsbook hybrid: over 10,000 games from 60+ studios, a proprietary four-tier jackpot, and 5% lifetime cashback. Our test deposit cleared in minutes and a $300 Visa withdrawal landed in 7 hours. The weak point is transparency — no licence number is published anywhere on the site, and the €5,000 weekly cashout cap is low for a casino of this size.

Quick Overview
1Bet combines a casino lobby of more than 10,000 titles with a full sportsbook, esports and virtual sports under one account. The casino side is organised into slots, book-of titles, Megaways, bonus-buy, jackpot, sport-themed, casual and table tabs, plus a live section of over 200 tables with stakes from €0.10 up to €10,000, and up to €100,000 at private tables. The operator runs its own progressive pool, the 1Bet Jackpot, funded by a fixed €0.10 side contribution per qualifying spin and drawn on a separate RNG from the game itself. Promotions run on a weekly calendar — Monday happy hour, Tuesday reload, Wednesday mystery box, Friday and Sunday spins — on top of 5% lifetime cashback and network tournaments. Registration takes two screens and accounts can be opened in Saudi Riyals. The gaps are on the compliance side: no licence number, no named regulator on the page, and no published RTP data. For alternatives, see our full list of Online casinos.
- Safety: 3/5 — Anjouan-based regulation, TLS encryption in place, but no licence number or certification IDs published anywhere on the site.
- Bonuses: 4/5 — 100% up to €500 + 100 free spins at 30x, plus a genuinely open-ended 5% cashback; max bet of €12 during wagering is restrictive.
- Games: 4.5/5 — 10,000+ titles, 60+ studios, 200+ live tables and an in-house jackpot pool.
- Mobile: 3.5/5 — well-built mobile site and an official Android app, but nothing for iOS users beyond the browser.
- Support: 4/5 — 24/7 live chat, replies in 3–5 minutes during our test, email answered within 7 hours; English only.
- Arabic-friendliness: 3/5 — Arabic UI and SAR accounts, MENA countries selectable at signup, but no Arabic-speaking agents, no local payment rails and no AED, QAR, KWD or EGP.
Perfect for: slot-focused players in the Gulf who want a huge library in one place, want to fund in SAR, USD or EUR, and value a fast first payout over regulatory guarantees. Sports bettors get a full book on the same balance.
Not suitable for: high rollers who need to move more than €5,000 a week, iPhone users who want a native app, players who need Arabic-speaking support or local methods like Mada and STC Pay, and anyone in the USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Austria, Germany or Spain.
How We Tested 1Bet

1. Registration
Signup opens with a bonus choice before any personal data: Welcome Casino Bonus (100% up to €500 + 100 free spins), Welcome Sports Bonus (100% up to €150 + 100 free spins), a coupon-code field, or continue without a bonus. The form itself runs over two screens. Screen one, Account Details: email, username, password. Screen two, Contact Details: gender, first and last name exactly as they appear on ID, country, account currency, address, postcode, city, mobile number with country prefix, and date of birth with an 18+ confirmation. Google sign-up is offered as an alternative. Activation is by email link — the message arrived in under a minute and the account was live immediately after clicking through, with a 15-second redirect to the login page. No SMS code was requested at this stage. Total time from first click to a funded lobby: under five minutes. Full identity verification is not requested at registration; it is triggered later (see step 5).
2. Deposit
We funded the account with $250 via Visa. The cashier is reached from the username drop-down, and the methods shown depend on the country and currency selected on the account. The card form asked for the standard number, expiry and CVV, followed by a 3-D Secure confirmation from the issuing bank. The balance updated after about 5–7 minutes — slower than the "instant" promised in the site copy, but well inside a reasonable window. No fee was charged on our side. The site's stated minimum is €10, though €20 is the floor for any bonus, so a $250 deposit comfortably qualified for the welcome offer.
3. Games
We spread the session across four categories:
- Fruit Shop Megaways (NetEnt) — loaded in about three seconds, cascades ran smoothly at default bet.
- Madame Destiny Megaways (Pragmatic Play) — bonus buy available, clear paytable.
- Book of Ganesha (Endorphina) — classic expanding-symbol free spins round.
- Bonanza (Big Time Gaming) — the original Megaways title, still one of the higher-volatility options in the tab.
- Single-deck blackjack (RNG, Table Games tab) — instant rounds, no stream buffering, demo mode available before betting real money.
- Lightning Roulette (Evolution) — €0.20 to €5,000 limits, over 1,500 players at the table during our session.
- Crazy Time (Evolution) — the busiest game show in the lobby; the winners ticker showed a €25,025 payout on it while we played.
The 1Bet Jackpot toggle appears at the top of eligible games and opts you in automatically on first open. Each qualifying spin then deducts a separate €0.10 contribution from real balance, on top of the stake. During our session the counters sat at roughly €35,300 (Mega), €7,450 (Major), €400 (Minor) and €50 (Mini).
4. Support test
Live chat. Opened from the site banner; it asks for email or username, then connects. We asked how the 5x deposit rollover is calculated before a withdrawal and whether live casino bets count towards it. Reply came in 3–5 minutes, in English, from a named agent who correctly quoted the rollover rule and flagged that casino bets placed with minimal or no risk are excluded. Tone was friendly and the answer was specific rather than a copy-paste of the terms.
Email. We sent the same question plus a query about withdrawal limits to support@1bet.com. The reply arrived within 7 hours, again in English, confirming the €5,000 per seven-day cap. Two other addresses are published for specific tasks: customercare@1bet.com for self-exclusion and customerassist@1bet.com for account closure.
Phone. No telephone support is offered. There is an official Telegram channel, but it publishes promotions and news rather than handling tickets.
5. Withdrawal
We requested $300 back to the same Visa card used for the deposit. Before the request could be submitted, the account had to clear the 5x deposit rollover written into the terms — with $250 deposited, that meant $1,250 in qualifying wagers, which our session covered. KYC was triggered at this point: government photo ID, a selfie holding the document, and a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address. Documents were approved without a follow-up request.
The payout was credited in 7 hours, which sits between the operator's e-wallet timings and its 3–5 business day card estimate. Our net result for the test was a $50 win.
The terms require the first withdrawal to go back to the original payment method, and this is standard AML practice rather than an arbitrary restriction: routing money out along the same rail it came in proves the depositor and the withdrawer are the same person, blocks card-to-crypto laundering, and satisfies the source-of-funds checks every licensed operator has to document. Alternative destinations are allowed at the casino's discretion and trigger extra security checks. Two further limits are worth knowing before you plan a cashout: withdrawals are capped at €5,000 per rolling seven days, and multiple withdrawals inside a rolling 30-day window can carry a fee of up to 8%.
1Bet Promotions and Rewards
1Bet runs one of the busier promotional calendars in the market, with something scheduled for almost every day of the week rather than a single headline offer. New casino players choose between a casino or a sports welcome package at signup — you cannot hold both. After that, the programme splits into weekday reloads, batched free spins, a mystery box, monthly spin drops, open-ended cashback, and network tournaments supplied by studios like Endorphina and Gamzix. A separate missions system, 1Bet Galaxy, awards points for completing sports and casino challenges that unlock further rewards. Almost every deposit offer is code-gated: the code must be entered during the deposit, not after, or support has to be contacted before any bets are placed. Wagering runs from 15x to 40x depending on the offer. For comparison across operators, see our Bonus section.

Welcome Bonus: 100% up to €500 + 100 Free Spins
The casino welcome offer matches your first-ever deposit at 100% up to €500 and adds 100 free spins, unlocked with code WEL500 entered during the deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is €20. Wagering is 30 times the bonus plus deposit — deposit €100, receive €100, and you face €6,000 in turnover, tracked on the Campaigns page. You have 21 days to clear it.
The free spins are distributed across Wilds of Fortune, Birds, Chilli Pop, 7 Fortune Frenzy and The Hive, expire after 7 days, and winnings from them are capped at €50. Leaving the bonus campaign forfeits any spins not yet used.
Game weighting is where this offer needs attention. Slots, scratch, classic and fun games count 100%. All roulette versions count only 10%, and live roulette not at all. Live casino games, every blackjack variant, video poker, craps, baccarat and multiplayer titles contribute nothing. Bets are capped at €12 or 5% of the bonus, whichever is lower, and the gamble feature is off-limits during wagering. Maximum conversion is 10x the awarded bonus.
Sports bettors get a separate option at signup: 100% up to €150 plus 100 free spins.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Wagering requirements | 30x (deposit + bonus) |
| Minimum deposit | €20 |
| Max bet during wagering | €12 or 5% of the bonus, whichever is lower |
| Game contribution | Slots, scratch, classic, fun games 100%; roulette 10% |
| Excluded games | All live casino, all blackjack, all video poker, craps, baccarat, multiplayer titles (Multiplayer Roulette, Wheel of Wealth, Avalon, Mermaids Millions) |
| Bonus code | WEL500 |
| Validity period | 21 days |
| Max win | 10x the awarded bonus; free spin winnings capped at €50 |
| Country restrictions | Standard restricted-country list applies |
Reload Bonus: Tuesday, Sunday and High Roller
Three separate reloads run on a fixed schedule. Tuesday brings 50% up to €100 with code 1BSHUFF, minimum deposit €20, wagered 30 times the deposit plus bonus. Sunday offers 50% up to €50 plus 20 free spins on Wilds of Fortune and Coins of Ra – Hold & Win with code SUN50, at a stiffer 40x. The high-roller reload, code HIGHFS, is the outlier: 50% up to €5,000 plus 500 free spins, but it requires a €500 minimum deposit. In exchange the wagering drops to 15x, the lowest of any offer on the site. Its spins arrive in five daily batches of 100 on Wilds of Fortune, Gemini Joker and 7 Fortune Frenzy, each batch valid for one day only and required to be used before any other bets are placed. All three carry the same €12 max bet and 21-day clearing window.
| Offer | Code | Match | Min deposit | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tuesday reload | 1BSHUFF | 50% up to €100 | €20 | 30x (D+B) |
| Sunday reload | SUN50 | 50% up to €50 + 20 FS | €20 | 40x (D+B) |
| Reload Like a Pro | HIGHFS | 50% up to €5,000 + 500 FS | €500 | 15x (D+B) |
Cashback: 5% Lifetime
Cashback runs continuously rather than as a limited promotion. Net real-money losses are calculated from Wednesday 00:01 GMT to Tuesday 23:59 GMT, and 5% is returned to the real balance the following Wednesday. There is no wagering on the payout, but there is a catch worth flagging: the credit must be manually accepted via the pop-up within two days, or it is forfeited. The minimum payout is €1 and the ceiling is €5,000 per cycle. Both casino and live casino losses count — slots, scratch, classic, fun games, all roulette and blackjack versions, video poker, craps, baccarat and multiplayer games. Sports and virtual sports losses are excluded entirely.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Rate | 5% of net losses |
| Period | Wednesday 00:01 GMT – Tuesday 23:59 GMT |
| Paid | Following Wednesday, to real balance |
| Min / Max | €1 / €5,000 |
| Wagering | None |
| Catch | Must be accepted within 2 days or forfeited |
Free Spins: Monthly Drops, Happy Hour, Friday and Mystery Box
Free spins arrive through four separate channels. The monthly reload spins can be claimed twice a month at three deposit tiers: €20 for 10 spins (code 1BFREE), €50 for 40 spins (1BFREE40), and €100 for 100 spins (1BFREE100), played on Viking Voyage, Book of Darkness, Monster Pop, and at the top tier also Lava Gold and Jungle Stripes. Winnings are bonus funds requiring 40x the deposit.
Happy Hour runs every Monday between 17:00 and 22:00 UTC, paying 30, 40 and 50 spins on your first, second and third deposits of the window — and unusually, those winnings go straight to the real balance with no wagering, capped at €50.
Friday Spin Fiesta (code FRIDAY60E) delivers 60 spins in three daily batches of 20 on Magic Lab and Fruit Shop Megaways, at 40x with a €20 withdrawal cap.
Mystery Wednesday replaces a fixed reward with a gift-box minigame after a €20 deposit, once per week. The pool contains 20, 30 or 50 free spins, a €5 or €10 free bet, or a €5 live casino voucher. Spins and vouchers here pay real money with no wagering, capped at €50, and expire in 24 hours.
| Offer | Trigger | Reward | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly reload spins | €20 / €50 / €100 deposit, twice a month | 10 / 40 / 100 spins | 40x deposit |
| Happy Hour | Monday 17:00–22:00 UTC deposits | 30 / 40 / 50 spins | None |
| Friday Spin Fiesta | €20 deposit on Friday | 60 spins over 3 days | 40x deposit |
| Mystery Wednesday | €20 deposit, once weekly | Random box prize | None on spins/vouchers |
Tournaments
Tournaments are supplied through provider networks, so the prize pools are far larger than a single casino could fund. The Endorphina High Roller Championship ran 17–23 August 2026 with a €100,000 pool shared by the top 30 players and €25,000 for the winner; qualification required €1 minimum bets and €50,000 cumulative turnover across Endorphina titles, with 100 points awarded per €1 won. Spinoleague is the year-long one: 52 rounds from March 2026 to March 2027 with a €12,000,000 total pool, scored on win-to-bet ratio, and a Prize Multiplier Wheel after each round that can boost a prize up to 100x — or forfeit it entirely, since the outcome is random and the spin is optional. Gamzix Spin Express runs weekly from Thursday 15:00 UTC to Saturday 22:00 UTC across 12 monthly stages, with a €1,000,000 annual pool split among the top 400 each weekend on titles including Coin Win: Hold the Spin, 3x5 Hold The Spin, 9 Jalapenos and Joker Catcher. Only main-balance bets count in all three; bonus funds are excluded.
VIP / Loyalty Programme
The 1Bet VIP Club is invitation-only — access is granted solely through an official invitation from a VIP account manager, and membership places are described as limited. Players already holding VIP status at another operator can submit a transfer request through the club page. The casino describes a four-tier structure, but the individual tier names, turnover thresholds and per-level benefits are not published anywhere on the site, so the qualification path is opaque until you are contacted.
Published benefits are: a dedicated personal account manager (the club page names Gabriella and Francesco), priority handling of all requests, tailored promotions, faster withdrawals, higher payout limits, flexible account controls, access to VIP-only tournaments, special prizes, birthday and loyalty gifts, and physical rewards including tickets to sporting events.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Tiers | Four, names not published |
| Entry | Invitation only; VIP transfers accepted from other platforms |
| Requirements per level | Not published |
| Key benefits | Personal manager, priority service, raised limits, faster payouts, exclusive tournaments, physical gifts |
Game Selection
1Bet's library runs to more than 10,000 titles from over 60 providers, which puts it in the upper tier for raw volume. The lobby is organised by mechanic rather than just by studio: dedicated tabs cover top and new releases, slots, bonus buy, sport-themed games, book-of titles, Megaways, casual games, table games and the full live section, plus hot and cold tabs that label recent payout percentages directly on the game tiles. What distinguishes the offering is the proprietary layer on top — the 1Bet Jackpot attaches a four-tier progressive pool to hundreds of otherwise standard slots, and a handful of exclusive titles such as Golden Retriever and Win Peaks are available nowhere else. Stakes stretch from €0.10 to €10,000, and up to €100,000 at private live tables. Casino Buddy, a side panel that lets you play casino games while waiting for a sports bet to settle, ties the two halves of the platform together.

Total Games and Distribution
Total games: 10,000+. The operator does not publish a category-by-category breakdown; the figures below reflect what is confirmed and what is observable in the lobby.
| Category | Share |
|---|---|
| Slots | Majority of the library (exact count not published) |
| Live | 200+ tables |
| Table games | Hundreds of roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker variants |
| Jackpot | Proprietary 1Bet Jackpot pool across selected slots |
| Crash | Grouped inside the Casual tab; count not published |
| Other | Scratch cards, bingo, keno, video poker, arcade, lottery, sport-themed games |
Slots
Slots are the core of the lobby and the only category with its own sub-navigation. The book-of tab alone holds a dozen Egyptian and mythology-themed titles, the Megaways tab mixes genre-defining originals with newer network releases, and the bonus-buy tab collects games where the feature can be purchased outright. Volatility filters and a provider filter sit at the top of the grid, so narrowing 10,000 games down to a shortlist takes a few clicks. Most titles carry a Play Demo button that works before you log in. Below is a cross-section of what is actually live in the lobby, mixing headline names with studio-specific releases you will not find everywhere. For broader coverage, see our Slots hub.

Live Dealer Games
The live section carries over 200 tables, streamed in HD and split into all-live, roulette, blackjack, game shows, baccarat, poker and TV games tabs. Evolution supplies the marquee content — Lightning Roulette, Immersive Roulette, MONOPOLY Roulette, Ice Fishing and Crazy Time — while Pragmatic Play contributes Gates of Olympus Roulette, Mega Roulette 3000, German Roulette and Roulette Italia Tricolore. Lucky Streak runs Portomaso Casino Roulette 2, Blackjack Prestige and Oracle Blaze, Vivo Gaming operates Galactic VIP Roulette and Portomaso Roulette, and TvBet adds multiplier formats including Roulette X, Roulette x500, Roulette x1001 and Chicken Live. BetGames supplies Lucky 7. Table limits start at €0.10 and reach €10,000, with private tables going to €100,000. Live tables show current player counts and recent result histories on the tile before you join. Note that no live game contributes to bonus wagering.
Table Games
RNG table games sit in their own tab and cover, in the operator's own description, hundreds of roulette, blackjack, baccarat and poker variations. The roulette selection spans European, American and French layouts. Blackjack runs from single-deck upward through multi-hand and side-bet variants, and baccarat, craps and video poker round out the classics. The practical advantage over the live section is twofold: most RNG tables offer a demo mode, so you can test a strategy without staking anything, and the pace is yours rather than the dealer's. The trade-off is bonus eligibility — blackjack, baccarat, craps and video poker all count 0% towards wagering, and RNG roulette counts only 10%, so the table tab is best treated as real-money play outside any active bonus campaign.
Jackpot Games
1Bet runs its own progressive pool rather than relying solely on provider networks. The 1Bet Jackpot has four tiers — Mini, Minor, Major and Mega — each displaying a live counter in the lobby. During our review the Mega tier sat around €35,370, Major around €7,455, Minor near €400 and Mini near €50. Participation works via a toggle at the top of eligible games, opted in automatically on first open. Each qualifying bet then adds a fixed €0.10 contribution, deducted separately from real balance and not included in the displayed stake. Bonus funds and free spins cannot generate contributions. The draw runs on an RNG completely independent of the game provider's, so a jackpot can land on any spin regardless of whether the base round wins, and only one tier can be hit per spin. There is no must-win threshold, though the odds of a tier landing rise as its value grows.
Eligible titles are marked in the lobby and include: Bonus Epic Crown, Power of Gods: Hades, Crown Coins, Coins of Zeus, 5 Fruit Invaders, Fire Portals, 40 Super Hot Bell Link, More Magic Apple, Diamond Explosion 777, Divine Fortune Gold, Gemhalla Xtreme, Fruit Train Express: Hold & Win, Gates of Hades and Wanted Dead or a Wild.
Instant and Crash Games
Crash and instant-win titles are not given their own top-level tab. They are grouped inside the Casual section, which the operator describes as holding crash games, scratchcards, instant wins, bingo and keno together. The appeal is the format: single-decision rounds that resolve in seconds and suit short sessions on mobile. Individual crash titles are not listed publicly outside the logged-in lobby, so we cannot confirm which specific games are stocked — that information is Not available without an account. Sport-themed casual games are a related strength, with football, hockey and racing-inspired instant formats from several studios.
Other Games
Beyond slots and tables, the lobby stocks scratch cards, bingo, keno, lottery-style games, arcade titles and video poker. The live TV games sub-tab adds broadcast-style formats: keno draws, TV roulette, lucky-number games and wheel-of-fortune variants with added multipliers and bonus rounds. Virtual sports sit outside the casino tab entirely, in their own section covering virtual football, horse racing and greyhounds.
Top Providers
The provider filter lists more than 60 studios. These ten account for most of what you will actually play:
- Evolution Gaming — the live backbone: Lightning Roulette, Immersive Roulette, Crazy Time, Ice Fishing, MONOPOLY Roulette.
- Pragmatic Play — dual presence in slots (Buffalo King Megaways, Madame Destiny Megaways) and live (Mega Roulette 3000, German Roulette).
- NetEnt — the established catalogue: Fruit Shop Megaways, Dazzle Me Megaways, Starburst XXXtreme.
- Big Time Gaming — the studio that invented Megaways; Bonanza and Gold Megaways are here.
- Red Tiger Gaming — Gonzo's Quest Megaways and Dragon's Fire MegaWays.
- Endorphina — heavily promoted at 1Bet through its own tournament series; Book of Ganesha, Book Of Santa.
- Betsoft — supplies the games behind the seasonal Viva Las Vegas campaign: Sin City Nights, Kensei Blades, The Tipsy Tourist.
- EGT Digital — Bell Link jackpot-linked titles like 40 Super Hot Bell Link and Book of Shining Hot Bell Link.
- Gamzix — runs the year-long Spin Express tournament with its Hold The Spin series.
- BGaming — crypto-native studio behind Lady Wolf Moon Megaways and Anubis Riches Megaways.
Also stocked: Spinomenal, Novomatic, Gamomat, Rubyplay, Tom Horn Gaming, Amigo Gaming, Wazdan, Foxi, Voltent, Vivo Gaming, TvBet, Lucky Streak and BetGames.
RTP Information
1Bet does not publish RTP figures for individual games anywhere in the lobby or in its terms. The percentages you see on game tiles in the Hot and Cold tabs are not RTP — the operator states plainly that these show how much of players' wagers a title has recently paid back, which is a short-term running figure and can exceed 100% or fall far below it. Treat them as a recency indicator, not a mathematical expectation. The actual RTP is set by the provider and is usually visible inside each game's own info panel once launched. Below are the theoretical returns as published by 1Bet itself:

| Game | Provider | RTP published by 1Bet |
|---|---|---|
| Bonanza | Big Time Gaming | Not published |
| Gonzo's Quest Megaways | Red Tiger Gaming | Not published |
| Fruit Shop Megaways | NetEnt | Not published |

Demo Play
Demo mode is available without an account. Slot tiles in the lobby carry a Play Demo button alongside the play arrow, and clicking it launches the game in practice mode directly in the browser — no registration, no deposit, no email. Not every title offers it: live dealer games have no demo by design, since the tables are real and shared, and a portion of the jackpot-linked and exclusive slots are real-money only. The operator's own guidance points players toward RNG table games as the practice route for blackjack, roulette and baccarat, because those recreate the same rules without a live stream.
Demo credits are supplied by the game provider, not by 1Bet, so the starting balance varies by studio — typically a fixed practice bankroll denominated in the game's default currency. When it runs out, refreshing the game resets it, so there is no cap on how long you can practise. What demo mode cannot do is generate withdrawable winnings or contribute to the 1Bet Jackpot, since jackpot contributions require real balance. Steps: open the Casino tab, use the volatility or provider filter to narrow the grid, hover or tap a tile, and select Play Demo.
Payment Methods
1Bet's cashier is geo-adaptive: the methods you see are filtered by the country and currency set on your account at registration, so two players will not necessarily be shown the same list. The general spread covers credit and debit cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies and bank wire transfers. Deposits are free of operator-side fees in most cases — the terms state that 1Bet absorbs transaction costs on incoming payments, though your own bank may still charge. Deposits in a currency other than your account currency are converted at the daily rate sourced from oanda.com or the payment processor's prevailing rate, and the payment system itself may add an exchange fee on top. Withdrawals are more restricted than deposits: the first cashout must return to the original payment method, cards and bank transfers are slower than e-wallets and crypto, and a 5x deposit rollover has to be cleared before any withdrawal request will be honoured.
Deposit Methods
Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are the default route and were what we tested — our $250 landed in about 5–7 minutes after 3-D Secure confirmation, slightly behind the "instant" the site advertises. E-wallets are the faster option where available: Skrill, Neteller and MiFinity are named directly in 1Bet's own lobby copy, with EcoPayz, MuchBetter, Revolut, PaysafeCard and PayRedeem appearing in the cashier for certain regions. Interac is Canada-specific. Bank wire transfers are supported but slow, and crypto deposits credit once the network confirms rather than on a fixed schedule.
The site-wide minimum is €10, but note the practical floor: every bonus on the site requires at least €20, and the high-roller reload requires €500. Maximum deposits are set per method rather than globally. Deposits must be made from an account, wallet or card registered in your own name — third-party funding is grounds for the payment being reversed and any winnings from it forfeited.

| Method | Min | Max | Time | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | €10 | Depends on method | Instant to ~10 min (5–7 min in our test) | None from 1Bet |
| Skrill | €10 | Depends on method | Instant | None from 1Bet |
| Neteller | €10 | Depends on method | Instant | None from 1Bet |
| MiFinity | €10 | Depends on method | Instant | None from 1Bet |
| Interac (Canada) | €10 | Depends on method | Instant | None from 1Bet |
| Cryptocurrencies | €10 | Depends on method | Network-dependent | Blockchain fee only |
| Bank wire transfer | Not published | Depends on method | 1–3 business days | None from 1Bet |
Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals are requested from the same username drop-down as deposits. Three rules apply before the money moves, and all three are in the terms rather than the cashier, so they are easy to miss. First, a 5x rollover of your deposits must be complete — sports bets at odds of 1.6 or higher count, but cancelled, refunded, cashed-out and minimum-risk bets do not, and failing the requirement lets 1Bet reject the request or apply an administrative fee of up to 8%. Second, the payout must go back to the card, account or wallet the deposit came from, unless the casino makes a discretionary exception subject to extra checks. Third, the ceiling is €5,000 per any rolling seven days, with a separate cap of €100,000 on maximum daily winnings of any kind.
One more clause to plan around: making multiple withdrawals within a rolling 30-day window can attract a fee of up to 8% of the amount withdrawn. Batching cashouts into a single larger request is therefore cheaper than drip-feeding them. Our own $300 Visa payout cleared in 7 hours with no fee, comfortably faster than the 3–5 business days quoted for card withdrawals generally.

Local Payment Methods (MENA)
- Mada (KSA) — No
- STC Pay (KSA) — No
- Fawry (Egypt) — No
- PayTabs / HyperPay / Checkout (regional gateways) — No
Currently 1Bet does not support local MENA payment methods. Players from the region typically use USD/EUR cards or crypto instead. The one regional concession is currency rather than rail: accounts can be opened and held in Saudi Riyals, which removes conversion on balance display even though the funding method remains an international card or a coin.
Cryptocurrency
Cryptocurrency is confirmed as a supported category in 1Bet's own lobby documentation, which lists cryptocurrencies alongside cards, e-wallets and bank wires as a funding route. The specific coin roster, network options and per-coin limits are only visible in the cashier once logged in with a country and currency selected, and are not published on any public page. Independent coverage of the operator consistently identifies Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Tether as available, with Bitcoin Cash, USD Coin, Ripple and Binance-related options appearing for some regions. Because that list is not confirmed by the operator itself, treat the table below as indicative and verify in the cashier before sending funds — sending a coin on the wrong network is unrecoverable.
Crypto is the practical choice for MENA players for two reasons: it sidesteps the card declines that are common on gambling merchant codes in the Gulf, and it is among the faster withdrawal routes, typically clearing within 24 hours once approved. The same €5,000 weekly cap and 5x rollover apply regardless of coin.

Other Payment Methods
- Skrill / Neteller — Yes, both named directly in the operator's own banking list.
- Apple Pay / Google Pay — Google Pay appears for some regions; Apple Pay is not confirmed.
- PayPal — No. PayPal is not accepted.
- Bank transfer — Yes, both directions, at 1–5 business days.
Available Currencies
Twenty currencies are selectable at registration, and the choice is permanent for the life of the account. Saudi Riyal is the only Gulf currency on the list — a meaningful advantage for KSA players, who can hold a balance in SAR without watching conversion eat into every deposit and withdrawal. Everyone else in the region defaults to USD or EUR. That is not a barrier to playing: the terms confirm accounts can carry transactions in multiple currencies, with conversion handled at the daily oanda.com rate or the processor's rate at the moment of the transaction. The cost is the spread, typically a few percent round-trip, plus any fee your own bank or wallet adds. If you deposit in AED with a UAE card into a USD account, you pay conversion twice — once going in, once coming out — so choosing USD and funding from a USD source, or using crypto, is the cheaper path.

Payment Limits and KYC
1Bet applies a risk-based verification model with three tiers of due diligence — simplified for very low-risk activity, standard customer due diligence for most accounts, and enhanced checks for high-risk customers, large transactions or unusual patterns. In practice, most players will meet the full process at the point of their first withdrawal. Alongside identity checks sit hard transactional ceilings: €5,000 out per seven days, €100,000 maximum winnings per day, and a 5x deposit rollover gating every cashout.

KYC Requirements
Verification becomes compulsory when lifetime deposits pass EUR 5,000, when any withdrawal is requested regardless of size, or when a transaction is flagged as suspicious. 1Bet also reserves the right to request documents at any point in the relationship, and to suspend play or payments until identity is established. Documents required:
- Government-issued photo ID — passport, driving licence or national ID card; some documents require both sides. The signature must be present, the name must match the account exactly, the document must not expire within three months, and the holder must be over 18.
- Proof of address — a bank statement or utility bill in your own name, dated within the last three months.
- Selfie holding the ID document — required as standard, not only in escalated cases.
- Proof of payment method ownership — requested where the payment instrument needs to be tied to you.
Additional verification can include a video or telephone verification call. If a submission fails, the reason is documented and communicated back with a support ticket number. Documents issued in restricted countries are rejected outright.
Withdrawal Limits
The headline constraint is the seven-day window rather than a daily figure. €5,000 is the standard ceiling on what leaves the account in any rolling week, and higher payout limits are one of the explicitly advertised VIP Club benefits — though the raised figures are negotiated individually and never published. Note that a pending withdrawal does not ring-fence the money: the funds stay wagerable, and if your balance drops below the requested amount, the transaction is auto-cancelled after roughly an hour.
| Period | Standard player | VIP |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | Not published; max winnings capped at €100,000 per day | Not published |
| Weekly | €5,000 per any 7-day period | Raised on request; figure not published |
| Monthly | Not published; up to 8% fee on multiple withdrawals in a rolling 30 days | Not published |
Mobile Experience
Roughly speaking, 1Bet treats mobile as the primary surface rather than an afterthought, and the split between browser and app is unusually lopsided: there is a polished, fully functional mobile site for everyone, and a native application for Android users only. The lobby's horizontal category rails, the volatility and provider filters, the live tables with their player counters, the Missions widget and the jackpot toggle all carry over to a phone screen without functionality being stripped out. Casino Buddy, which lets you play slots or table games in a side panel while a sports bet is running, is genuinely more useful on mobile than on desktop, where a second tab does the same job.
Game performance depends on the studio rather than the platform. Evolution's live streams and Pragmatic's HTML5 slots are both built mobile-first and behave accordingly; older titles from smaller studios occasionally render with a fixed aspect ratio that wastes screen space in portrait. Demo mode works identically on mobile, so testing a slot before depositing does not require a desktop.
Two constraints are worth flagging before you commit. First, iOS users have no application — Safari is the only route, and the operator does not offer a workaround. Second, the app is distributed as a direct Android download rather than through Google Play, which means sideloading and the security prompt that comes with it.
Mobile Website
The mobile site is the default experience and needs no setup. Navigation collapses into a top bar carrying Sports, Live Betting, ESports, Casino, Live Casino, Virtual Sports and Promotions, with search and the account menu pinned alongside. The cashier is two taps from anywhere — username drop-down, then Deposit or Withdraw — and live chat opens from the same banners it uses on desktop, overlaying rather than navigating away, so you do not lose your place in a game. Category rails scroll horizontally with momentum, and the filter panel opens as a full-height sheet rather than a cramped dropdown. Load times on the lobby are acceptable given the number of tiles rendered; individual games launch in two to four seconds on a good connection.
Native App
1Bet offers an official Android application, downloaded directly from the site's app page rather than from Google Play. The page notes that a security prompt may appear during installation, which is standard for any APK installed outside the Play Store — Android flags all sideloaded packages this way regardless of the source. Users need to permit installation from unknown sources in system settings to complete it.
The app mirrors the website's structure rather than reinventing it: the same category rails, the same cashier, the same live lobby, with sportsbook and casino under one login. The practical advantages over the browser are the ones you would expect from a native build — no address bar eating vertical space, faster cold starts because the shell is already installed locally, and session persistence, so you are not re-authenticating every time you switch apps. Push notifications are the main functional addition, since the promotional calendar is time-boxed: Happy Hour runs only Monday 17:00–22:00 UTC, Mystery Wednesday is once weekly, and Spin Express opens Thursday afternoon. Missing those windows is easy without alerts.
Biometric login is not documented by the operator, so whether fingerprint or face unlock is supported is Not available without installing. There is no iOS equivalent. iPhone and iPad users should bookmark the mobile site in Safari, where every feature including the cashier, live chat and live dealer streams works normally.
Mobile Usability Notes
Touch targets on game tiles are generously sized, though the Play Demo label sits close enough to the play arrow that mis-taps into real-money mode are possible — check the balance indicator before spinning. On slower 3G and congested 4G, the lobby loads progressively and live streams drop to a lower bitrate rather than stalling. If the connection fails mid-round, slot outcomes are resolved server-side and credited on reconnection; live tables settle the hand without you, so bets already placed stand. The session-limit feature from the responsible gaming policy also triggers on mobile, logging you out with a notice when a self-set limit is reached.
1Bet Customer Support
Support runs 24/7 across two channels, and the operator is explicit that there is no telephone line. Live chat is the primary route: click any Live Chat banner, enter your email or username, submit, and the conversation opens immediately. If no agents are free, the widget redirects you to leave an email request instead. Email is handled through three addresses, each with a defined purpose — support@1bet.com for general queries and account reopening, customercare@1bet.com for self-exclusion requests, and customerassist@1bet.com for account closure. Sending a self-exclusion request to the general address will slow it down, so use the right one.
In our test, chat responded in 3–5 minutes with a specific, accurate answer rather than a template, and email came back within 7 hours. Both replies were in English. There is also an official Telegram channel, but it broadcasts promotions, tournament news and highlights — it is not a support queue, and messages there are not tickets.

Is 1Bet Safe? Licensing and Security
This is the weakest area of the operation, and the reason our safety score sits at 3/5. 1Bet's own terms state that the agreement is governed exclusively by the law of the state of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, and its KYC policy and restricted-use clauses repeatedly defer to jurisdictions "deemed prohibited by the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority". That identifies the regulator. What is missing is the licence number itself — it appears nowhere in the footer, the terms, the KYC policy or any legal page we reviewed, and there is no clickable regulator seal to validate. Older third-party coverage still attributes the brand to Bellona N.V. under Curaçao registration 8048/JAZ2010-010, but that describes the historical structure, not the framework the current terms actually invoke. A player cannot independently confirm the licence status from the site, which is a real gap: a verifiable number is the mechanism by which a complaint against an operator ever gets anywhere.
The rest of the security picture is more conventional. The site runs over TLS, KYC is enforced at withdrawal and at €5,000 lifetime deposits, transactions are monitored for money laundering with suspicious activity reportable to the authorities, and responsible gambling tooling exists including a working session limit that logs players out. The privacy policy grants subject access request rights in language drawn from GDPR, though it never claims GDPR compliance outright and the operator sits outside the EU. No RNG certification body, audit schedule or ADR provider is named anywhere.

1Bet for Arab Players
1Bet is broadly open to the MENA region. Every Gulf state plus Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria appears in the registration country list, the interface ships with an Arabic option, and Saudi Riyal is one of twenty account currencies. Lebanon is the notable omission — it does not appear in the country dropdown at all, which effectively blocks registration. None of these countries appear on 1Bet's restricted list, which targets the USA, UK, France, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Spain, the Union of Comoros and FATF-blacklisted jurisdictions. That means the constraint for Arab players is domestic law rather than operator policy: online gambling is prohibited under the laws of most of the region, so accessibility from the casino's side does not make participation legal from the player's side. The absence of local payment rails reinforces this — funding runs on international cards or crypto.

| Country | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| UAE | Grey zone | Selectable at registration; gambling prohibited under federal law |
| Saudi Arabia | Grey zone | Selectable; SAR accounts supported; gambling prohibited domestically |
| Kuwait | Grey zone | Selectable; no operator restriction; domestic prohibition applies |
| Qatar | Grey zone | Selectable; no operator restriction; domestic prohibition applies |
| Oman | Grey zone | Selectable; no operator restriction; domestic prohibition applies |
| Bahrain | Grey zone | Selectable; no operator restriction; domestic prohibition applies |
| Egypt | Grey zone | Selectable; no EGP accounts; Fawry not supported |
| Lebanon | Blocked | Absent from the registration country list |
| Dubai | Grey zone | Covered by UAE federal law |
| Algeria | Grey zone | Selectable; no DZD accounts |
Arabic UI Quality
- Lobby: Arabic (العربية) is offered in the language switcher. Coverage of the casino lobby could not be verified — the Arabic version of the site was not available for review.
- Cashier: Not verified.
- Live chat: English only. Agents replied in English in our test, and the terms specify English for all formal communications.
- T&C: Effectively English. The terms state that where any translation conflicts with the English version, English prevails.
- Promotional emails: English.
- RTL correctness: Not verified.
Halal / Sharia Transparency
Across the four Sunni schools of fiqh — Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali — wagering money on an uncertain outcome is generally classified as maysir or qimar, and the classification is not narrow: it covers games of pure chance such as slots, roulette and lottery draws, card and dice games played for stakes, and betting on sporting results, since in each the transfer of money depends on an uncertain event rather than on labour or exchange. Jurists have historically differentiated between games involving skill and those involving none, and between contests with a stake and those without, but where money is risked for the prospect of gain from another's loss, the schools converge. 1Bet does not offer any Sharia-aware filtering, a halal games category, or a mode that separates skill-based from chance-based titles; the lobby makes no reference to religious classification of its content.
VPN Policy
1Bet prohibits VPNs outright. Clause 3.4 of the terms requires that you must not use a VPN, proxy or similar service or device that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location, and clause 3.3 requires that your use of the service is legal where you are. The consequence is spelled out in the withdrawal terms: the casino states it cannot guarantee successful processing of withdrawals or refunds where the restricted-use policy has been breached. In practice this means a player who registers from a permitted country but accesses the account through a VPN risks having a payout blocked at exactly the moment it matters — after winning, during KYC, when the address on the utility bill is compared against the connection history. This is not a grey zone in the terms; it is an explicit prohibition, and it is the single most common reason players in restricted markets lose access to balances.
Player Reviews
Our rating combines our own hands-on testing with feedback submitted by players who have used the casino themselves. Reviews are moderated for spam, abuse and obvious operator-side promotion, but not for sentiment — negative accounts are published alongside positive ones, and a pattern of complaints about payouts or verification carries more weight in our score than any single incident. We do not remove criticism at an operator's request, and commercial relationships do not affect whether a review appears.
Conclusion
1Bet earns its place through scale and consistency rather than polish. A library above 10,000 titles from 60-plus studios, a 200-table live floor, an in-house four-tier jackpot and a weekly promotional calendar give it genuine depth, and our test bore out the practical claims: money in within minutes, chat answered in under five, $300 back on a Visa card in seven hours. What it does not offer is transparency. No licence number, no named auditor, no ADR provider, and a €5,000 weekly ceiling that a moderately lucky session can hit.

It suits recreational slot and live casino players in the Gulf who want breadth in a single account, who can fund in SAR, USD or crypto, and who treat a fast first payout as sufficient evidence of good faith. It is a poor fit for high rollers who need to move real money weekly, and for anyone who wants a verifiable regulator standing behind their balance.
Our Casino Rating Methodology
We score every casino on six weighted criteria, and we test rather than transcribe. Safety carries the heaviest weight: we look for a licence number that can be checked against a regulator's register, published RNG certification, audit cadence, ADR provision and the actual encryption in use. Bonuses are judged on the real cost of the offer — wagering multiple, what it applies to, max bet during clearing, game weighting, conversion caps and expiry — not the headline percentage. Games covers library size, provider quality, live coverage and whether RTP data is disclosed. Mobile is tested on a phone: browser and native app, load times, cashier access, behaviour on weak connections. Support is measured by contacting the casino ourselves as an ordinary player, timing the response and judging whether the answer was specific or templated. Arabic-friendliness assesses the Arabic UI and RTL rendering, availability of Arabic-speaking agents, MENA currencies and local payment rails, and regional accessibility. Every review is built on a real deposit, real play, a real support ticket and a real withdrawal. Our full scoring framework is set out in our Methodology.
Affiliate Disclosure
Arabian Gambler evaluates casinos independently, and 1Bet is assessed on the same criteria as every other operator we cover. We may earn a commission when a player registers or deposits through links on this site. That arrangement has no bearing on the score: commercial discussions never precede a review, and an operator cannot pay to raise a rating, remove a criticism or suppress negative player feedback. Where we found problems at 1Bet — the missing licence number, the €5,000 weekly cap, the 8% fee on frequent withdrawals, the absence of Arabic-speaking support — they are documented above regardless of any commercial relationship. Independent verification always comes first, and we decline partnerships with operators that fail it. If a casino's conduct changes after publication, we update or withdraw the review.
Responsible Gambling
1Bet sets a minimum age of 18 and states that underage gambling is prohibited. It remains your responsibility to know the legal gambling age where you live, which may be higher, and to confirm your eligibility when opening an account. Verification documents are checked against the 18+ threshold during KYC.
The casino provides several tools. Self-exclusion is requested by email to customercare@1bet.com, for a minimum period of twenty-four hours, and can take up to ten business days to action — during which you remain responsible for activity on the account. Account closure is available through customerassist@1bet.com, though not sooner than ninety days after your first deposit, with up to sixty days to process. The operator can also apply temporary restrictions and limits on stakes, deposits or losses on its own initiative, and enforces session limits with an automatic logout. A self-assessment questionnaire is published in the self-exclusion policy. Note that Anjouan operates no national self-exclusion registry, so exclusion at 1Bet does not extend to other operators.
If gambling has stopped being entertainment — if you are chasing losses, borrowing to play, hiding the amount you spend, or letting it displace work and family — treat that as a signal to stop and seek help rather than to adjust your strategy. BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org) offers free, confidential advice and a helpline, and Gamblers Anonymous, Gambling Therapy and GamCare all provide support internationally, including online chat in multiple languages. Across the MENA region, dedicated gambling addiction services are limited because gambling itself is prohibited in most countries; the practical routes are national mental health helplines, the addiction and behavioural health departments of public hospitals, and the international services above, which accept players from anywhere. Speaking to a doctor or a trusted family member is a legitimate first step. For tools, self-tests and further guidance, see our Responsible Gambling page.

I don't want to play here anymore
I don't want to play here again. For me personally, 1Bet does not inspire confidence. The site is very simple, and in addition to the mediocre design, I lost money on it. My $500 went to these scammers. Slots work very poorly, but roulette and blackjack are fine. I do not recommend this project to players who want to keep their money, not lose it.
