Our Verdict on MyEmpire
MyEmpire pairs one of the largest libraries we have tested — 13,363 titles from more than 120 studios — with an empire-building progression layer that most rivals do not offer. Our USDT deposit and our $300 payout both cleared faster than promised. The trade-offs are real: an Anjouan licence with no independent dispute body, a $500 daily withdrawal cap at entry level, and no native app.

Quick Overview
MyEmpire launched in 2023 and is run today by Stellar Ltd under an Anjouan gaming licence. It is a combined casino and sportsbook: 13,363 casino titles, a 645-table live floor, a 287-game instant section and a full betting product sit behind one account and one wallet. The gimmick that separates it from the crowd is the empire builder — 5% of every deposit returns as Diamonds, and one more Diamond arrives for every $10 wagered, which you spend constructing districts that unlock bonus money, free spins and cash. There is also a points Shop and a Wheel of Fortune. Payments lean heavily on crypto, and the crypto bonus track is noticeably more generous than the fiat one. Gulf currencies are absent, so a MENA player funds the account in USD, EUR or stablecoins. For alternatives, see our full list of Online casinos.
- Safety: 3/5 — Anjouan licence ALSI-202411077-FI2, TLS encryption, but no published RNG audit and no independent ADR body
- Bonuses: 4/5 — 100% up to $750 + 200 free spins in fiat, 200% up to 3,000 USDT in crypto, wagering 35x–40x
- Games: 5/5 — 13,363 titles, 120+ studios, 1,145 jackpot games and a house-branded Gold Saloon live studio
- Mobile: 3.5/5 — responsive browser site works well, but there is no iOS or Android app
- Support: 4/5 — 24/7 live chat in 18 languages including Arabic; email is slower than advertised
- Arabic-friendliness: 3/5 — Arabic UI and Arabic chat agents, but no Gulf currencies and no local MENA payment rails
Perfect for: slot-heavy players who want maximum choice, crypto users funding with USDT or BTC, and bonus hunters who value weekly reloads and live cashback more than a single large welcome package.
Not suitable for: high rollers who need to cash out more than $500 a day before climbing the VIP ladder, players who want to deposit in AED or SAR without conversion, anyone who insists on a regulator that mediates disputes, and app-only users.
How We Tested MyEmpire

1. Registration
Registration is a two-stage process. The first stage takes three fields — email address, password and account currency — and produces a working account in well under a minute. The second stage is the profile form that the cashier forces you through before the first deposit: full name, date of birth, gender, country, city, address, postcode and mobile number. A confirmation email arrived roughly one minute after signup and the link activated the account immediately. SMS confirmation of the phone number followed on the same screen, with the code arriving in under a minute. No documents are requested at this point — identity checks come later, at the withdrawal stage.
2. Deposit
We funded the account with 280 USDT. The cashier generates a fresh deposit address per transaction and shows the network selector before it does. The balance updated after three to four minutes, consistent with normal chain confirmation times, and no fee was taken on the casino side beyond the network cost. We deliberately declined every bonus so that no wagering condition could later block the payout — worth knowing that any withdrawal request made while a bonus is active voids it.
3. Games
Slots: Shining Crown (Amusnet), Book of Ra Deluxe Buy Bonus (Novomatic), Sugar Rush 1000 (Pragmatic Play) and Le Bandit (Hacksaw Gaming). Everything loaded straight from the lobby with no separate client and no noticeable delay on desktop.
Table games: European Roulette and Single Deck Blackjack, both RNG versions from the Table Games tab rather than live tables.
Live games: Mega Roulette (Pragmatic Play Live) and Gold Saloon Blackjack, one of six tables in the operator's own branded Gold Saloon studio. Streams held full quality throughout; the Gold Saloon tables had free seats even during European evening hours.
4. Support test
We opened live chat with a specific question — whether a USDT withdrawal would be released before the account was fully verified, and what documents would be needed. The reply came in four to five minutes, in English, from a named agent rather than a bot. The answer was accurate and specific: ID plus proof of address, requested at the first withdrawal. The same question by email to support@myempire.com was answered in eight to nine hours, longer than the five-business-day maximum stated in the terms but slower than the chat by a wide margin. Tone was friendly in both channels. No telephone line is published.
5. Withdrawal
We requested 300 USDT back to the same wallet used for the deposit. The request cleared review and the funds arrived six hours later — well inside the three-business-day window the terms allow, and helped by the fact that we cashed out under the $500 daily ceiling that applies at the entry VIP level. The $20 profit made this a small win overall.
The requirement to withdraw by the same method you deposited with is not an obstacle invented by MyEmpire. It is a standard AML control across the licensed industry: returning funds to their source closes the easiest laundering route, in which money enters through one instrument and exits through an unrelated one. It also protects the account holder, since a stolen card or hijacked wallet cannot be used to move money out to a third party. Where the deposit route genuinely cannot receive funds — prepaid vouchers, for example — casinos fall back to bank transfer or crypto after extra verification.
MyEmpire Promotions and Rewards
MyEmpire runs two parallel bonus tracks: one for fiat deposits and a distinctly richer one for crypto. On top of them sits the empire-building layer, where 5% of every deposit and one Diamond per $10 wagered feed a construction game that pays out bonus money, free spins and cash as you complete districts. Weekly and weekend reloads repeat on a fixed calendar, cashback runs daily for high VIP levels and weekly for live play, and six tournaments were live during our test, with prize pools from €1,100 up to €6,500,000. Wagering sits at 30x–40x, which is average rather than generous, and all offers expire in ten days. Compare terms across operators on our Bonus page.

Welcome Bonus: 100% up to $750 + 200 Free Spins
The standard welcome offer matches your first deposit at 100% up to $750 and adds 200 free spins plus one attempt at Bonus Crab, the site's claw-machine prize game. The minimum qualifying deposit is $30, and the bonus must be activated in the My Bonuses section of your profile before you place a single bet with the deposit — activate it afterwards and the offer is gone. The free spins do not arrive in one block: they drip in batches of 20 per day across ten days, each batch valid for 24 hours only, and unclaimed batches expire without replacement. That schedule punishes anyone who plays two or three times a week rather than daily. Any active casino bonus must be fully wagered before the free spins become usable. Deposits made through Skrill or Neteller are excluded from this promotion entirely. Wagering is 35x on deposit plus bonus, rising to 40x on free spin winnings, with ten days to complete it.
Crypto depositors get a separate and much larger offer: 200% up to 3,000 USDT on a minimum 100 USDT deposit, wagered 40x within ten days, accepted in USDT, BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, XRP and USDC. You may claim one welcome offer only, so the two tracks are mutually exclusive.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Wagering requirements | 35x (deposit + bonus); 40x on free spin winnings |
| Minimum deposit | $30 |

| Validity period | 10 days for wagering; free spins in 20-per-day batches, each valid 24 hours |
| Max win | 10x the bonus amount on crypto reloads; 5x on any no-deposit bonus |
| Country restrictions | Excluded Jurisdictions listed in the T&C; one bonus per person, household and IP |
Crypto Welcome Bonus: 200% up to 3,000 USDT
The crypto welcome package is the single largest offer on the site and the reason most experienced players fund MyEmpire with stablecoins. A 100 USDT minimum deposit triples your starting balance, and unlike the fiat version there are no free spins attached — it is pure bonus money. Wagering is 40x on deposit plus bonus inside ten days, which on a maximum claim is a very large turnover target, so the offer suits grinders rather than casual players. Seven coins qualify.

| Minimum deposit | 100 USDT |
| Wagering | 40x (deposit + bonus) |
| Validity | 10 days |

Reload Bonus
Reloads run on a strict weekly clock. From Monday to Thursday, a $30 deposit brings 50 free spins on an administrator-selected slot at minimum spin value, wagered 40x and usable within seven days. From Thursday to Sunday, the Weekend Reload pays 50% up to $1,050 on a $30 deposit, with 50 extra free spins if you deposit $75 or more. Crypto players get better numbers on both windows: 60% up to 1,000 USDT on a 50 USDT weekday deposit at 30x wagering, and 75% up to 750 USDT plus 100 free spins on a 75 USDT weekend deposit. Every reload requires an opt-in and must be claimed before the first bet from that deposit. All carry a 10x maximum cash-out on bonus winnings.
| Offer | Amount | Min deposit | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly Reload (Mon–Thu) | 50 free spins | $30 | 40x on spin winnings |
| Weekend Reload (Thu–Sun) | 50% up to $1,050 + 50 FS | $30 / $75 for spins | 35x + 40x |
| Crypto Weekly Reload | 60% up to 1,000 USDT | 50 USDT | 30x |
| Crypto Weekend Reload | 75% up to 750 USDT + 100 FS | 75 USDT | 30x + 40x |
Cashback
Two cashback programmes run side by side. Live Cashback returns 25% of net weekly losses in the Live Casino, capped at $300, and is open to every VIP level — an unusually flat structure, since most operators scale live cashback by tier. Daily Cashback returns up to 15% of casino losses to a maximum of $600 but is reserved for the top three VIP levels only, credited at 11:00pm ET each day. Both require an opt-in, both carry a light 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal, and both start from a $1.50 minimum. Sportsbook players have their own 10% weekly cashback up to $750, wagered 3x and locked to the Sports section.
| Programme | Rate | Cap | Eligibility | Wagering |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Live Cashback | 25% weekly | $300 | All VIP levels | 1x |
| Daily Cashback | Up to 15% | $600 | Top three VIP levels | 1x |
| Sports Cashback | 10% weekly | $750 | All players | 3x |
Free Spins
Beyond the welcome and reload spins, free spins are the main currency of the Shop, where Diamonds earned through play convert into packages on named slots — 300 points buys five spins on It's Shark Time or Riches Express, 500 buys ten on Buffalo Force or Legacy of Lost Gold, and 31 different spin packages were listed during our test at bet levels from €0.10 to €0.50. The Wheel of Fortune is the third source: wager $150 on eligible casino games to earn one spin, up to three per day and ten held at once, with every spin producing a guaranteed reward. Wheel free spins carry 40x wagering and a $150 maximum payout; wheel cash prizes need only 1x.
Tournaments
Tournaments run continuously and are where the largest headline numbers live. During our test six were active: VoltEnt Booster with a €6,500,000 pool and a €0.10 minimum bet, Drops & Wins at €2,000,000, Spinoleague — a Spinomenal leaderboard running from March 2026 to March 2027 with an $18,000,000 total pool — plus Pragmatic Live Prestige Cup at €5,000, a €2,500 Monthly Race and a €1,100 Gold Saloon Live event. Entry is by opt-in and scoring is based on cumulative real-money wagering, so the pools are shared across enormous player bases rather than won outright. Amusnet runs two extras of its own: the always-on Cash Bomb jackpot on Jackpot Cards games, which pays with no wagering attached, and a $7,500 Lucky Weekend across seven named live tables.
| Tournament | Prize pool | Min bet |
|---|---|---|
| VoltEnt Booster | €6,500,000 | €0.10 |
| Drops & Wins | €2,000,000 | €0.50 |
| Spinoleague (Spinomenal) | $18,000,000 | Varies by round |
| Pragmatic Live Prestige Cup | €5,000 | €1.00 |
| Monthly Race | €2,500 | €0.50 |
| Gold Saloon Live | €1,100 | €0.30 |
VIP / Loyalty Program
The VIP ladder has five numbered levels. Level is set by activity over the 90 days before a withdrawal request and by the ratio of deposits to withdrawals and bonuses received; a month without bets drops you back to the bottom tier automatically. Levels 1 and 2 give access to on-site promotions and 24/7 live chat and little else. Level 3 unlocks personalised offers, cashback and higher withdrawal limits. Levels 4 and 5 add a personal VIP manager. The concrete benefit worth tracking is the withdrawal ceiling, which is the single biggest constraint on this casino — it roughly triples between the bottom and the top of the ladder.
| Level | Benefits | Withdrawal limit (per day / month, CAD) |
|---|---|---|
| VIP 1 | On-site promotions, 24/7 live chat | 750 / 10,500 |
| VIP 2 | On-site promotions, 24/7 live chat | 750 / 15,000 |
| VIP 3 | Personalised offers, cashback, higher limits | 1,200 / 18,000 |
| VIP 4 | All of the above plus a personal VIP manager | 1,500 / 23,000 |
| VIP 5 | All of the above plus a personal VIP manager | 2,300 / 30,000 |
Game Selection
MyEmpire carries 13,363 casino games, which puts it in the top tier of the market by raw size, and the catalogue is unusually broad rather than deep in one place. Alongside the expected Pragmatic Play and Novomatic headliners sit large blocks of Eastern European classic slots from Amusnet, CT Interactive and Fazi, a 287-title instant and crash section, and a live floor of 645 tables that includes six exclusive Gold Saloon rooms branded to the operator. One notable absence: Evolution does not appear in the site's own provider directory, so the live shows and roulette variants come from Pragmatic Live, Playtech, Creedroomz, Vivo and smaller studios instead.

Slots
Slots account for four titles in every five. The lobby splits them into Top, New, Popular, Provider of the Week, Superstars, Streamers' Choice, Exclusive, Bonus Buys and Megaways — 786 bonus-buy titles and 167 Megaways games, which is a large bonus-buy selection by any standard. The tone of the catalogue skews toward Hold & Win mechanics and classic fruit machines rather than the high-volatility Nordic style, though Hacksaw and Nolimit-adjacent studios are represented. New releases arrive constantly: 1,200 titles carried the "new" tag during our test. Almost everything can be opened in demo mode straight from the tile. More slot coverage sits on our Slots hub.

Live Dealer Games
The live section holds 645 tables across seven sub-lobbies: Top live casino (111), Gold Saloon (6), Roulette (162), Blackjack (304), International tables (55), Game shows (48), Baccarat & dice (104) and Poker (16). Blackjack is the deepest vertical here, which is unusual — most operators run roulette-heavy floors. Studios include Pragmatic Play Live (Mega Roulette, Gates of Olympus Roulette, PowerUP Roulette), Playtech (Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live, Quantum Roulette Live, Cash Collect Roulette, Adventures Beyond Wonderland), Creedroomz, Vivo Gaming, Lucky Streak, Imagine Live, Winfinity and BetGamesTV. The Gold Saloon rooms — VIP Speed Roulette, Blackjack, Roulette, ShowTime Roulette, Baccarat and an RNG Blackjack table — are exclusive to the brand. Stakes run from €0.10 to €20,000 depending on the table.
Table Games
The RNG Table Games tab holds 227 titles, played against software rather than a dealer, with instant rounds and lower minimums than the live floor. Roulette dominates: European Roulette in several studio versions, European Roulette VIP, American Roulette 3D, French Roulette, Apollo European Roulette, Gold Roulette, Lucky Roulette, Titan Roulette Deluxe and multiplier variants like Virtual Roulette Phenom x120 and Virtual Eye of Ra Roulette 2000x. Blackjack is equally well covered — American Blackjack, European Blackjack, Single Deck Blackjack, Blackjack Premium, Blackjack Gold, Diamond Blackjack, 21 Burn Blackjack, Blackjack Lucky Sevens and Blackjack Multipliers. Poker-family games include Ultimate Texas Hold'em, Texas Hold'em Bonus, Oasis Poker Classic, Jacks or Better and several video poker machines. Baccarat and Caribbean Stud appear mainly in the live lobby rather than here.
Jackpot Games
Jackpots are a headline feature: 1,145 games sit under the Jackpots menu, split into WonderPot (2,740 qualifying titles), Hot Jackpots (376), Lucky Jackpots (287), New Jackpots (419), Drops & Wins (65) and Jackpot Play (16). The house runs its own four-tier WonderPot network with live on-screen counters — during our test the top WonderPot pool stood near €978,000, Ultra at roughly €27,000, Boost around €700 and Flash under €70, with a public feed showing recent wins including a €1,169,465 WonderPot hit. Third-party pools run alongside it: Leprechaun's Luck was displaying €4,768,423 and Hot to Burn Jackpot Play €554,537. Amusnet's Jackpot Cards network adds the Cash Bomb feature, which distributes an accumulated pool randomly among everyone playing at the moment it triggers, with no wagering attached to the prize.
- 3 Rail Express Hold & Win

- Leprechaun's Luck
- Hot to Burn Jackpot Play
- Shining Crown Bell Link
- Double Dragon Gold Hold & Win
- Football Palace 1000
- Cash Connection Golden Book of Ra

Instant and Crash Games
The Instant Games tab holds 287 titles and is one of the better-stocked crash sections we have seen, dominated by chicken-road clones and multiplier games. Rounds are short, stakes are low and every title we opened offered a demo. Provably fair labelling is not applied here — these are standard RNG games running under the same certification as the slots.
- Aviator
- Aviatrix
- JetX
- Jet Crash
- Mines / Turbo Mines
- Plinko / Plinko 5000 / Plinko Rush
- Chicken Road 2 Bonus / Chicken Road Gold

Other Games
Scratch cards appear as a small block within the instant section (Hot Slot: 777 Cash Out Burning Board Scratchcard, Mini Trump Scratch Card, Rainbow Catcher). Keno runs in two versions, including Keno Bonus Number. Video poker sits in the Table Games tab. Virtual sports are a separate product from the casino, covering soccer, tennis, table tennis, basketball, hockey, football and baseball with Digitain and Kiron content. Bingo is not offered as a standalone lobby.

Top Providers
The provider directory lists more than 120 studios, weighted toward mid-size European suppliers rather than the four or five names most casinos advertise. That is a genuine differentiator — you will find catalogue depth here that larger-brand casinos do not carry — but it also means the live product does not include the market-leading studio.
- Pragmatic Play — the biggest single supplier here, covering both the slot headliners and the Pragmatic Live roulette and game-show tables
- Amusnet (EGT) — classic fruit slots plus the Jackpot Cards network and the Cash Bomb feature
- Novomatic — the Book of Ra family and Greentube-style classics
- Playtech — Fire Blaze slots and the Mega Fire Blaze and Quantum live roulette range
- Hacksaw Gaming — high-volatility modern slots such as Le Bandit and Wanted Dead or a Wild
- Spinomenal — the largest single catalogue on site and the engine behind the year-long Spinoleague
- 3 Oaks Gaming — Hold-and-Win mechanics aimed at Eastern European tastes
- Playson — Coin Strike and the Solar/Coin series of link slots
- Yggdrasil — premium slots and the GATI-powered partner studios
- Creedroomz and Vivo Gaming — the secondary live studios that fill out the 645-table floor alongside Lucky Streak and Imagine Live
RTP Information
MyEmpire does not publish a return-to-player figure anywhere in the lobby, on the game tiles or in the game information panels. Values below are the studio defaults for each title, which is the only published reference available. Operators using aggregator platforms can sometimes select from several RTP configurations of the same game, so a default figure is not a guarantee of the setting in force on this site. Verify the number inside each game's own paytable before playing at stakes that matter.
| Slot | Provider | Published RTP |
|---|---|---|
| Gates of Olympus | Pragmatic Play | 96.5% |
| Sugar Rush | Pragmatic Play | 96.5% |
| Sweet Bonanza | Pragmatic Play | 96.51% |
| Big Bass Bonanza | Pragmatic Play | 96.71% |
| Wanted Dead or a Wild | Hacksaw Gaming | 96.38% |

Demo Play
Demo mode is one of the strongest points of the lobby. Every game tile carries two buttons — Play and Demo — and the Demo button works without an account, without a deposit and without any age gate beyond the site's own 18+ notice. Click it and the game opens in a modal with a play-money balance already loaded; the balance size is set by the provider, typically 1,000 to 5,000 credits at the game's default stake. Credits do not top up automatically inside a session: when the demo balance runs out, close the window and reopen the game to reset it. Live dealer tables also carry a Demo button, but there it opens a preview of the table rather than a playable round, since live games cannot run on play money. Jackpot slots run in demo as well, though jackpot pools are naturally not payable in that mode. If you are logged in, switching from demo to real money is a single click without reloading the game.

Payment Methods
MyEmpire supports 34 payment methods, a mix that leans clearly toward crypto and e-wallets rather than cards. Cards, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut, Rapid Transfer, Paysafecard, Neosurf, MuchBetter and bank transfer cover the fiat side; USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, USDC, TRX, DOGE, ADA, BCH, BNB and SOL cover the crypto side. Regional rails such as Interac, PIX, Khipu, Zimpler and Siru Mobile exist but are tied to specific countries and will not appear for a MENA player. Deposits are instant on almost everything; withdrawals go through a review stage first, and it is the review — not the payment rail — that sets the real waiting time. The house rule is that withdrawals are processed back to the depositing method wherever possible, and Skrill and Neteller deposits are excluded from every bonus, which is a trap worth noting before you fund the account.
Deposit Methods
Card deposits carry no fee on the casino side but are the most likely to be declined by an issuing bank in the Gulf, since many MENA banks block gambling merchant codes outright. E-wallets clear instantly and reliably but disqualify you from bonuses in the Skrill and Neteller case. Crypto is the route most MENA players end up using: the cashier generates a fresh address per transaction, lets you pick the network before you send, and credited our USDT within three to four minutes. The minimum deposit is $10 on most methods but $30 on Bitcoin, and $30 is also the threshold to qualify for the welcome bonus, so a $10 first deposit will leave the offer unclaimed. Maximum per transaction varies from $1,000 on prepaid vouchers up to $5,000 on bank rails and crypto. MyEmpire reserves the right to set and change its own minimums and maximums at any time, so treat the figures below as current rather than contractual.
| Method | Min | Max | Time | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | $10 | $2,000 | Instant | None |
| Skrill / Neteller | $10 | $2,000 | Instant | None (bonus-excluded) |
| MiFinity | $10 | $2,500 | Instant | None |
| Jeton / Jetonbank | $10 | $5,000 | Instant | None |
| Revolut | $10 | $5,000 | Instant | None |
| Rapid Transfer / bank transfer | $10 | $5,000 | Instant to 1 day | None |
| MuchBetter | $10 | $2,000 | Instant | None |
| Paysafecard / Neosurf | $10 | $1,000 | Instant | None |
| Bitcoin | $30 | $5,000 | 10–30 minutes | Network fee only |
| USDT and other crypto | $10 | $5,000 | 3–15 minutes | Network fee only |
Withdrawal Methods
Every withdrawal request enters a review queue handled by the finance department, which works Monday to Friday only. The terms allow three business days for that review, and a further three business days after the previous payout was released, so a weekend request can sit untouched until Monday. Once approved, the payment rail adds its own time: crypto in minutes, e-wallets within a day, cards in one to three business days, bank transfers in three to five. Our own USDT payout cleared the whole cycle in six hours, which is fast but not typical of what other players report during busy periods. You may hold a maximum of three pending withdrawal requests at once, and the daily and monthly caps from your VIP level apply on top. The practical consequence is that a $3,000 win cannot leave the account in one transaction at the entry tier — it becomes six separate $500 requests spread across six days.
| Method | Min | Max | Time (after approval) | Fee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| USDT / BTC / ETH / LTC / XRP / USDC | $15 | VIP daily cap | Minutes | Network fee only |
| Skrill / Neteller | $15 | VIP daily cap | 0–24 hours | None |
| MiFinity / Jeton | $15 | VIP daily cap | 0–24 hours | None |
| Visa / Mastercard | $15 | VIP daily cap | 1–3 business days | None |
| Bank / Rapid Transfer | $15 | VIP daily cap | 3–5 business days | None |

Local Payment Methods (MENA)
- Mada (KSA) — no
- STC Pay (KSA) — no
- Fawry (Egypt) — no
- PayTabs / HyperPay / Checkout (regional gateways) — no
Currently MyEmpire does not support local MENA payment methods. Players from the region typically use USD/EUR cards or crypto instead.
Cryptocurrency
Crypto is the strongest part of this cashier and the route we recommend for anyone in the Gulf. It sidesteps the merchant-code blocks that MENA banks apply to gambling transactions, it settles in minutes at both ends, it carries no casino-side fee, and it unlocks the substantially better crypto bonus track — 200% up to 3,000 USDT on the welcome offer against 100% up to $750 in fiat. Twelve coins are accepted. USDT is the practical default: it holds a dollar value while sitting in the account, avoids the exchange-rate drift that hits BTC or ETH balances between deposit and cashout, and carries the lowest minimum. Bitcoin is the exception with a $30 floor rather than $10. Note that only seven coins — USDT, BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH, XRP and USDC — qualify for the crypto welcome and reload bonuses; deposits in TRX, DOGE, ADA, BNB or SOL will fund the account but will not trigger those offers.

Other Payment Methods
- Skrill / Neteller — supported for both deposits and withdrawals, but deposits made with either are excluded from all welcome and reload bonuses
- Apple Pay / Google Pay — not offered
- PayPal — not offered
- Bank transfer — supported both ways; the slowest option, 3–5 business days after approval
Available Currencies
Thirteen fiat currencies are available, and not one of them is from the MENA region. A player in Riyadh, Dubai or Cairo cannot hold a balance in local currency: the account must be opened in USD, EUR or another supported currency, and any deposit made in a local currency is converted by the card issuer or payment provider at their rate, with their spread. That conversion applies again on the way out. It is a cost rather than a barrier — you can play from anywhere with a USD account — but on a card round-trip it can quietly take 3–5% of the money. Funding with USDT avoids the double conversion entirely, which is the main practical reason to use stablecoins here.

Payment Limits and KYC
Two mechanisms govern how money leaves a MyEmpire account: identity verification, which is a one-off gate, and the VIP withdrawal ceiling, which is permanent. The verification gate is standard and predictable. The ceiling is the more consequential of the two, because it is low at the entry tier by industry standards and it is the single most common subject of player complaints about this operator. Understanding both before you deposit prevents the situation where a large win becomes a multi-week payout schedule.

KYC Requirements
MyEmpire can request verification documents at any point, before or after a deposit and before releasing any withdrawal. In practice the request lands at the first cash-out. You have 30 days from the request to supply everything; miss that window and the operator may withhold payment or suspend the account. Most accounts clear within 24 hours once complete documents are uploaded.
- Government ID — passport, national ID card or driving licence
- Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement or rental agreement, issued within the last three months
- Proof of payment method ownership — partial card image, wallet screenshot or crypto transaction hash
- Selfie holding the ID — requested case by case, not on every account
Verification is triggered at registration in rare cases, at the first withdrawal as standard, whenever activity looks inconsistent with the account profile, and once cumulative withdrawals pass an internal threshold.
Withdrawal Limits
The limits below are per account and set by VIP level, which is recalculated from your activity over the preceding 90 days. Inactivity for one month drops the account to the lowest tier automatically. On top of the period caps, no more than three withdrawal requests may be pending at once. Figures are as published by the operator in CAD; USD-denominated accounts are capped at roughly $500 per day and $7,000 per month at the entry level.
| Period | Standard player (VIP 1) | VIP (level 5) |
|---|---|---|
| Daily | 750 CAD (~$500) | 2,300 CAD (~$1,600) |
| Weekly | Not published as a separate cap | Not published as a separate cap |
| Monthly | 10,500 CAD (~$7,000) | 30,000 CAD (~$21,000) |
Mobile Experience
MyEmpire is a browser-first casino. There is no application to install on either platform, and the operator has made a deliberate choice to invest in the responsive site instead — the layout reflows cleanly from desktop down to a phone screen, the game grid becomes a two-column scroll, and the main navigation collapses into a bottom bar that keeps Casino, Live Casino, Sports and the cashier within thumb reach. Everything available on desktop is available on mobile: the full 13,363-game catalogue, the live tables, the empire builder, the Shop, the Wheel of Fortune, tournaments and the full sportsbook. Nothing is cut down for the smaller screen.
What the operator does offer instead of an app is a documented home-screen shortcut, with step-by-step instructions for both platforms on a dedicated page. On Android you either follow the supplied install link or open the browser menu and choose Add to Home screen; on iOS you tap the Share icon in Safari and select Add to Home Screen. The result is an icon that opens the site directly, skipping the address bar. This is a bookmark, not an application — it does not deliver push notifications, it does not support biometric login, and it does not cache game assets for offline use. It is worth setting up purely to avoid retyping the URL.
The games themselves are HTML5 and render in portrait or landscape depending on the title, with most slots defaulting to portrait and most live tables requiring landscape.
Mobile Website
Navigation on the phone is genuinely well organised, which matters more here than at most casinos simply because of the size of the catalogue — without the category filters, 10,553 slots would be unusable. The search field accepts partial titles and provider names, and the category chips (Top, New, Popular, Bonus buys, Megaways) persist as you scroll. Load times were acceptable on a good connection, though the lobby is asset-heavy and the first paint takes noticeably longer than a lean site. The cashier is reachable in two taps from any screen and renders crypto deposit addresses with a QR code, which removes the copy-paste step when you are funding from a wallet app on the same phone. Live chat opens as an overlay rather than a separate page, so you keep your place in the lobby.
Native App
MyEmpire does not currently offer a native mobile app. The website is fully optimized for mobile browsers (iOS Safari / Android Chrome).
Mobile Usability Notes
Touch targets on the game tiles and the bottom navigation are comfortably sized; the tighter areas are the bet-adjustment controls inside individual slots, which are set by each provider rather than the casino and vary in quality. On a weak 3G or congested 4G connection the lobby is slow to populate because of the volume of thumbnail images, though individual games launch acceptably once opened. If the connection drops mid-spin, the round is settled server-side and the result appears when you reconnect — slot outcomes are not lost. Live tables are less forgiving: a dropped connection during a betting window forfeits that hand or spin.
MyEmpire Customer Support
Support runs through two channels only. Live chat is the primary route, available 24 hours a day through the widget in the bottom-right corner of every page, and reachable without logging in. Email goes to support@myempire.com for general and account matters, with a separate address, dpo@myempire.com, for data protection and GDPR requests. The terms state that the operator treats any message as received within five business days, which sets a low formal bar; in practice our email came back in eight to nine hours. There is no published telephone number, no WhatsApp line and no Telegram channel, which is a genuine gap for a brand courting the Gulf, where messaging apps are the default support channel. One further scheduling detail matters: the finance department that approves withdrawals works Monday to Friday only, so a weekend payout question in chat will get a courteous answer but no resolution until the working week resumes.
Contacts: support@myempire.com (general and account support), dpo@myempire.com (data protection officer), live chat widget on every page of myempire.com.

Is MyEmpire Safe? Licensing and Security
MyEmpire operates under license No. ALSI-202411077-FI2 issued by the Anjouan Gaming Authority to Stellar Ltd, registration No. 15789, of Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. The brand launched in 2023 under a Curaçao licence held by Rabidi N.V. and migrated to the Anjouan framework during 2024–2025, along with a large group of sister sites. That migration is the single most important fact in this section. Anjouan licensing is real regulation with real conditions — segregated funds, mandatory self-exclusion, KYC and AML obligations — but the Anjouan authority states explicitly that it does not hear, consider or mediate player disputes. There is therefore no external body to escalate to if an internal complaint stalls, which is a materially weaker position than an MGA or UKGC licence would give you. Connection security is in place and the operator states that games run on certified random number generators, but it publishes neither the TLS configuration nor a testing-lab certificate ID, so neither can be independently checked from the site itself.

MyEmpire for Arab Players
MyEmpire treats the Arab market as a supported language rather than a dedicated region. The site and live chat run in Arabic, which puts it ahead of most offshore competitors, but there are no Gulf currencies, no local payment rails and no Sharia-aware product features. No MENA country appears on the operator's Excluded Jurisdictions list — the regional entries there are Iran and Iraq, plus Israel — so accounts from the Gulf, Egypt, Lebanon and North Africa are not blocked at the casino's end. The constraint is at the national end instead: online gambling is prohibited in most of the region, sites are commonly blocked at ISP level, and banks routinely decline gambling merchant codes. That combination is why the status below reads Grey zone almost everywhere, and why crypto rather than cards is the practical funding route.

| Country | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| UAE | Grey zone | Not blocked by the casino; gambling illegal under federal law, sites ISP-blocked |
| Saudi Arabia | Grey zone | Accounts accepted; strict national prohibition, no SAR support |
| Kuwait | Grey zone | Accounts accepted; gambling prohibited, KWD not available |
| Qatar | Grey zone | Accounts accepted; national prohibition, card payments frequently declined |
| Oman | Grey zone | Accounts accepted; gambling prohibited, OMR not available |
| Bahrain | Grey zone | Accounts accepted; prohibition applies to residents, BHD not available |
| Egypt | Grey zone | Accounts accepted; online gambling unregulated for residents, no Fawry, no EGP |
| Lebanon | Grey zone | Accounts accepted; domestic monopoly framework, LBP not available |
| Dubai | Grey zone | Same federal position as the wider UAE |
| Algeria | Grey zone | Accounts accepted; gambling prohibited, DZD not available |
Arabic UI Quality
- Lobby: full — Arabic is one of 18 website languages and the game categories, menus and promotional blocks are translated
- Cashier: partial — the interface translates, but payment-method names and some limit descriptions remain in English
- Live chat: native Arabic — agents answer in Arabic 24/7, not machine translation
- T&C: partial — the legal pages and bonus terms are substantially English-first
- Promotional emails: English only in our test
- RTL correctness: yes — text direction, menu alignment and number formatting render correctly right-to-left
Halal / Sharia Transparency
Islamic jurisprudence treats gambling under the categories of maysir and qimar — broadly, acquiring wealth through a contract whose outcome depends on chance and in which one party gains what the other loses. All four Sunni schools of fiqh (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali) hold games of pure chance staked with money to fall within that prohibition, and the classical texts extend it to wagering on outcomes such as races or contests where money changes hands on the result. Points of difference between the schools concern edge cases — competitions with a third-party prize fund, skill-based contests, and games played without a stake — rather than the core position, which is uniform. Applied to an online casino, slots, roulette, baccarat, crash games and sports betting all sit inside the prohibited category under every school; nothing on this platform is structured to fall outside it. MyEmpire offers no Sharia-aware game filtering, no halal-labelled section and no non-wagering product mode, so a player following any of the four schools would find no accommodation here. Readers should consult a qualified scholar for a ruling applicable to their own circumstances rather than treat this summary as one.

VPN Policy
From a country where the site is ISP-blocked, a VPN is the only way to reach the lobby, and this is where the risk sits. The MyEmpire terms do not name VPN use as a prohibited activity, but they do require you to warrant that you are legally allowed to gamble online, to leave immediately if that stops being true, and to stay out of the Excluded Jurisdictions — and they reserve the right to close accounts and void winnings where the account holder has misrepresented their situation. Verification is where a mismatch surfaces: your ID and proof of address name a country, and if that country conflicts with your registration details or with the geography of your payment method, the operator can freeze the payout while it investigates. Using a VPN to disguise residence in an excluded country is a straightforward route to a voided balance. Using one purely to bypass an ISP block from a non-excluded country is a grey area that the terms do not resolve either way, and the risk is yours.
Player Reviews
Our rating for MyEmpire combines our own hands-on testing with reviews submitted by real players who have held accounts at the casino. Submissions are moderated for spam, duplicate accounts and obvious operator-planted content, but they are not filtered by sentiment — negative reviews are published alongside positive ones, and we do not remove criticism at an operator's request. Where a pattern appears across many independent reports, as it does here around withdrawal speed under load, that pattern carries more weight in our scoring than any single account of a fast or slow payout.
Conclusion
MyEmpire earns its place on the strength of its catalogue and its crypto handling. If you are a slot player who wants 10,553 titles rather than 2,000, if you enjoy a progression layer that turns wagering into visible rewards, and if you fund and cash out in USDT, this is a well-built product that paid us in six hours. It is a poor fit if you expect to move meaningful sums quickly — the $500 daily ceiling at entry level turns any four-figure win into a schedule rather than a payment — or if the absence of an independent dispute body troubles you. Treat it as a mid-stakes entertainment account rather than a bankroll home, keep sessions inside the daily cap, and complete verification before you win rather than after.

Our Casino Rating Methodology
We score every casino on six weighted criteria, and we deposit real money at each one before publishing. Safety carries the heaviest weight: we verify the licence number on the regulator's own register, check whether an independent dispute body exists, read the full terms for predatory clauses, and confirm what security and audit information is actually published rather than merely asserted. Bonuses are judged on wagering multiples, time limits, maximum cash-out caps and how clearly the conditions are stated — a large headline number with a 10x win cap scores below a smaller, cleaner offer. Games covers catalogue size, provider count, the presence of live and jackpot content, and whether RTP data is available to the player. Mobile measures the browser experience on a real handset, app availability and behaviour on weak connections. Support is tested with a specific question in every channel, timed, and scored on accuracy rather than politeness. Arabic-friendliness looks at Arabic UI and chat, RTL rendering, regional currencies and payment rails, and availability in MENA. Full details of the weighting are on our Methodology page.
Affiliate Disclosure
Arabian Gambler is an independent review project. We test every casino we cover, including MyEmpire, by registering an account, depositing our own money, playing across the lobby, contacting support and requesting a withdrawal. We may earn a commission when a reader registers at an operator through a link on this site, and that commercial relationship exists with some of the brands we review. It does not determine what we publish. Our testing is completed and our scores are set before any commercial discussion takes place, and no operator receives advance sight of a review or the right to alter a score, remove a criticism or edit a player review. Where a casino performs badly, we say so and keep saying so, whether or not a partnership exists. Ratings are also revised downward when a brand's behaviour deteriorates after publication.

Responsible Gambling
MyEmpire accepts customers aged 18 and over only, and that threshold appears on every page of the site. In several MENA countries the applicable legal age is higher, or gambling is prohibited outright regardless of age — the operator's rule does not override the law where you live.
The tools available at MyEmpire are thinner than at a European-licensed casino. There are no on-site deposit limits, loss limits, session timers or reality checks. Self-exclusion exists but works by email: you write to support@myempire.com and the team closes the account. Note the condition attached — an account can only be closed with a zero balance and no pending withdrawals, and closing it with money still inside means those funds are forfeited. Withdraw everything first, then request closure. It is also your responsibility to declare any other accounts you hold and not to open new ones.
If gambling has stopped being entertainment, stop depositing and speak to someone before the next session rather than after it. BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org) offers free, confidential support and self-assessment tools in English, and Gambling Therapy provides multilingual online help including Arabic. Blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker restricts access across devices independently of any single operator. In the Gulf, where dedicated gambling addiction services are limited, the National Center for Mental Health Promotion in the UAE and hospital-based psychiatry departments elsewhere in the region handle behavioural addiction referrals. Our own guidance and a fuller resource list are on the Responsible Gambling page.

A decent little casino
A decent little casino, although the design is rather cartoonish and not to everyone's taste. But I like the wide selection of live games with beautiful girls ^_^
Plus, there's a decent welcome bonus package when you deposit just $20
I don't recommend it
I have lost faith in this casino. I engaged with this platform for two months, making modest deposits and successfully withdrawing funds on two occasions without issue. However, the situation changed dramatically when I won $1600 and attempted to withdraw it. They requested additional information from me and then subjected it to a protracted review process. Ultimately, I was only refunded my deposit, with the remainder of the funds being frozen under the pretext of a fraud investigation. In my opinion, the amount in question is not significant enough to justify such treatment of clients.
